Also features a drop down full sized loft bed over the cab, and sofa and dinette that fold down into beds.Several TVs with Hdmi ports are included in the bedroom, living room and outdoors! Bring your own DVD player or streaming device as Hdmi ports are available!The safety of renters and ourselves is our top priority. We ask that you kindly do all that you can to keep yourselves safe, as well as our RV clean and tidy. We use a variety of antibacterial, disinfectant and sterilization agents, methods and detergents to clean our RV, including, but not limited to antibacterial wipes, Lysol and steam. Deep cleaning is completed prior to every rental, however, this does not imply that the RV can be returned in a state other than was delivered. It is the responsibility of the renter to completely clean the RV before returning. If returned in a state that requires detailing or cleaning outside of regular sanitization and disinfecting, additional fees will be charged.Pet Policy: Due to the size of the RV we are only able to accommodate adult dogs 30 lbs. and under - no exceptions. Rules and policies
This supplemental rental and rules agreement outlines in considerable detail what is expected during your rental period.
1) TRAINING: When you pick up the RV, we will complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV that will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with an RV.
2) NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS: If you return the RV early a refund will not be given for the days you will not use. This includes if you have been in a motor vehicle accident with the RV; however, if the accident is not Renters fault, Renter may be able to recover rental costs from the at-fault driver’s liability insurance.
3) FEE FOR LATE RETURNS: A fee of $50 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed upon time. If the RV is returned after dark or while owner is not home/unavailable, it will be checked in the next day, during daylight hours, and any applicable damages will be applied to Renters security deposit. Renter forfeits their right to complete a return walkthrough with owner, if the unit is returned at a time different than indicated on the Outdoorsy Departure Form. All drivers must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract and verified when renter picks up the RV. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4) TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Travel is NOT allowed on any non-paved roadways including, but not limited to, logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc. Driving on a non-paved road inside a licensed RV park is acceptable. Driving on unapproved roads will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. Use caution when traveling under bridges and note their height clearance. The RV has a height 12.17’.
5) CAMPGROUND RESERVATIONS: We are not responsible for campground reservations; including cancelations because of COVID-19 or any other reason. Can I tow my vehicle with the RV?

Towing a vehicle or boat with the RV is NOT permitted under any circumstances.

Pick up times are anytime after 3pm and drop-off time is 11am. We are happy to work with you if those times need minor adjustments.
