This tiny camper has it all!If you plan to tow the rig yourself, a backup camera and Blue Ox Stabilization hitch are available. This short rig is quite easy to tow, even for a first-timer. It’s very short (21 ft) making maneuvering very simple. But if towing it is not your thing, we are also happy to drop it off for you! What's includedBasic kitchen utensils (a full list will be provided upon booking), keurig coffee maker, sheets/pillowcases and pillows, first-aid kit, kids books and toys, toddler toilet seat. Midland NOAA weather alert radio is provided to alert you to severe weather and provide you with on-demand weather updates. Toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Towels available upon request. We ask that you bring your own blankets.*Why is the deposit $650 and what is it for* Simply put, for your protection and ours. The contents of the camper (for example, the grill or the bedding) are not covered by Outdoorsy insurance. A security deposit ensures any accidental damage can be easily repaired or replaced, just like when you book an AirBnB. We hope you can understand our need to protect our investment. We hope to *never* have to take a penny from your deposit, and if you treat our camper like your own, you will get it all back at the return of the rental. (Win-win if you ask us!)1. No smoking inside camper.2. Please make sure to empty ALL tanks prior to return ($100 “dump fee” to be charged if returned NOT empty). Dump fee will not charged for all delivery orders that are not emptied if the site delivered to has no on-site sewer hook ups, but there is a dump site in the campground. We WILL charge if we have to take it to an off-site location to dump, (as we will have to pay to dump it). You can also select this option if you’d just like to not dump the tanks yourself!3.. Please wipe down and clean up any larger messes to avoid staining, and do not stand on beds or dinette with shoes on.4. Requires 2 inch ball for trailer hitch if you will not be using our sway control hitch.5. Between Nov. 1 and Apr. 1 Camper will be winterized... rentals may still occur during this time, however they must either be used WITHOUT water/toilet or if renter wishes to use water/toilet renter must pay for un-winterizing and then subsequent "re" winterization at renter's expense. The cost is $100 each and must be selected as an add on. This option MAY NOT be selected if where you plan to camp regularly dips below freezing. You will destroy the plumbing.6. Generator - if you choose the generator add on our generator will accompany the camper for your rental. There is unlimited use NOT charged by the hour. The generator will start off with a full tank of gas but if renter needs more gas renter is responsible for purchasing additional gas. Renter MUST return with a full tank of gas or you will be charged a $50 “gas fee” to cover the cost of refill. Please note:
-RV sized beds are a few inches shorter than typical beds. The dinette bed is 5”8’ and best suited for a shorter adult or a child. The bunks are narrow but will fit an average adult height.
-If you are camping without electrical hookups, the plugs, microwave and AC WILL NOT WORK unless the generator is on. The lights, USB plugs, fridge, furnace, stove, and hot water heater will work, but you will need to run the generator daily to recharge the battery.
-If you plan to tow yourself, your vehicle BY LAW must have a trailer brake controller installed.
-If you plan to camp without water hookups, the freshwater tank will last for up to 5 days for 4 people if you conserve water. We will send you ways to best conserve water.
-Please note, furry friends are welcome but if they damage the blinds, screen, soft surfaces etc, we will have to withhold your deposit to pay for repairs and cleaning. We HIGHLY recommend not leaving your fur babies alone in the rig unless they are confined in a crate.Need something not listed in the add-ons? just ask! If we can make it happen, we will.RecommendationsPerfect for a family vacation or a romantic honeymoon in nearby Hocking Hills, tailgating, or even just hosting a special “camping” night in the backyard with the kids.Other things to noteAgain, BY LAW, if you plan to tow YOUR VEHICLE MUST HAVE A TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER INSTALLED. If your vehicle has a 7 pin connector, that is what you need. You still may need to purchase the actual controller. If you have any questions, please reach out. We know how intimidating it can be to camp in a trailer for the first time, especially with small kids. Let us help you make it great!

Hi! We're the Selways, a family of 4 who love to explore the outdoors. We bought this little camper after years of dreaming and tent camping/backpacking. It is our personal camper, but when we're not using it we like to rent it out to other families for a low cost to help them enjoy the beauty of our natural world. We love helping others make incredible camping memories! All of the profit from our renters goes straight back into funding our travels with our two boys. We like to think of it as a win-win: You get to make priceless memories, and we do, too! We are eager to help you have a great time in our Wolf Pup - so come join the pack!

The RV was perfect size for our adventure with 2 adults. Both Emily and Clay were great to work with and very responsive to any questions or things we needed. We already hope to rent from them again in 2 years when we plan to make the same trip again. Highly recommended!

The Selway family was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend booking with them. Absolutely everything we could have possibly needed was in the camper. Very informative during setup and polite. All around good experience.
