Evidence of pets results in a deep-cleaning fee charged against your deposit. **Occupancy Limit** Maximum 8 people. Exceeding the limit is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. **No Festivals** This camper may not be used at music festivals or large-scale events. **Return Clean** Return the camper as you found it — dishes washed, trash removed, surfaces wiped. A cleaning fee applies if returned dirty. **Tanks** Gray and black tanks must be dumped and rinsed before return. Failure to do so will result in a mandatory $250 charge, no **Approved Drivers Only** Only verified, listed drivers may operate the camper. Unlisted drivers void all insurance coverage. **Cancellation** Strict cancellation policy. Only book if your dates are confirmed.
