It has everything you will need for camping including 2 sets of bunk beds, fold out couch, dinette converts to bed, Queen bed, lots of storage, full bathroom, electric and propane water heater and fridge, AC, propane Furnace, radio w/ bluetooth and indoor and outdoor speakers, 2 propane tanks, outdoor shower, everything for full hook up water/electric/sewer, TV w/ Roku hooked up, microwave, propane stove top and oven, double sink in kitchen, hitch and and anti sway bar included. Will deliver/set-up and pick-up/break down, up to 25 miles away for $10 a mile but CAN’T deliver or pick up during the week before 3pm. Also 3pm or later is the time when returning unless you are ok with dropping it off and I check it when I get home.RecommendationsCedar Point is a great family vacation spot and if you buy a season pass it is cheaper than going for 2 day (Ohio), Michigans Adventure is Cedar Fair Park so you could get a platinum pass that gets you into all Cedar Fair Park and includes parking (Michigan), Silver Lake is a gray beach located in St. Joe there are Some camp grounds with In 10 min or so (Michigan), Indianapolis Children's Museum or Zoo these are both great places to go and spend a whole day each the children's museum maybe even 2 (Indiana), Hocking Hills State Park (Ohio), Virginia Beach great place to go with lot to do and camping not to far from it all (Virginia), Kings Island is another Cedar Fair Park (Ohio), Wisconsin Dells fun place with lots to do the Tommy Bartlett water show (Wisconsin), Mackinaw Island has camping not to far away and there is even a bike/walking path from the KOA near by to town (Michigan),Other things to note-NO pets
