Brownie has sleeping space for 9 plus so you have room for your friends and family. There are 3 slide outs in this trailer which really increase the space. One of the highlights is the rear bunk house which has 4 bunks ( 2 bunks each above a couch that folds down for a bed ). In addition to the bunks in this room the floor space is large enough for a large blow up bed. The bunk room also has it's own TV and small refrigerator. Another highlight is the fireplace located in the front of the trailer that swivels and can face the main cabin or the front bedroom. When it is set up to face the front bedroom you can lay in bed and relax with the fireplace by your feet. There is also a TV that can swivel between the front bedroom and the main cabin. If you enjoy music you will like having the ability to listen to music inside the trailer as well as outside the trailer using the stereo and speakers on the outside of the unit. Other features include: powered awning and powered stabilizer jacks, extra storage space both inside and outside of the trailer, Full Refrigerator in the kitchen, and small refrigerator in the bunk house room, microwave, stove, oven, and all items needed for cooking and clean up including dishes, utensils, pot, pans and a crockpot.What's includedOur kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities. If we are missing something please let us know and we will add it. Pots, pans, bowels, plates, cups, silverware, Crockpot, Electric griddle, 4 slot toaster, portable outdoor grill. Camping chairs ( let us know how many you need). Cards and games. Delivery and pick up within 60 mile radius available. Will consider farther distances upon request. Airport pick-up from Toledo express and Detroit Metro available upon request. RecommendationsLocated in the Great Lakes region near Lake Erie, there is a multitude of unique adventures in the immediate and surrounding areas. Some examples are: Cedar Point (40 miles), Put in Bay Island (30 miles), Kelly's Island (30 miles), Port Clinton (30 miles), , fishing (0 miles), golfing (5 miles), Lucas County Rec Center/Fair Grounds ( 15 miles ), Maumee Bay State Park ( 15 miles ), Wood County Fairgrounds ( 23 miles ),Toledo's new downtown entertainment district and several metro parks ( 0-5 miles). Cleveland Ohio is a short 1 hour 45 min drive, and Detroit Michigan is an hour away. Other things to noteOur goal is for you to have a great time and make memories that will never be forgotten. We are now requiring delivery and set up because it makes things easier, more enjoyable, and less stressful for you and your loved one's so you can enjoy the time with them!

We had such a great weekend! The trailer had everything we could’ve needed and it made things go so easy and smooth. Denise was very helpful and walked us through everything! We would definitely rent this trailer again!!

Rules and policies
We require delivery and set up and will not allow renters to pull the trailer in most cases. No smoking in trailer. No climbing on the roof. All tanks must be emptied prior to return of unit ( grey and black water ). Well behaved, house trained cats/dogs are allowed. Limit 2 unless prior approval received. They enjoy camping also! We will clean the trailer upon return including towels and linens, all counters and surface area's, bathroom and floors. We understand that cleaning supplies, and mops are limited while camping. We request that you wash any dishes that are used and do a basic clean/wipe down. We do not charge for cleaning unless necessary ( for example: trailer smells of smoke, is heavily soiled or very dirty, strong pet odors/excessive shedding ). In these cases a cleaning fee of 100 dollars will be charged on return. If a deep cleaning is needed a charge of 200 dollars will be charged. If the blackwater tank has not been emptied we will charge 150 dollars for dump fees.

Is Delivery and Set up available ?

A.

Yes. The cost is 5 dollars per mile. So if you are going to a destination that is 30 miles from the pick up location of My Favorite Brownie the total cost for delivery/pick up and set up/take down will be 5 dollars times 30 miles = 150 dollars. We have currently set a max of 60 miles radius for delivery, however, we will consider farther distances on a case by case basis.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We can be flexible and schedule a time that will work best for you as long as we know in advance. Please let us know as soon as you can so that we can coordinate the best time.
