When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and cab bunk should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain.All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out (picked up by you) i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out.11. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $100 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks.12. Appliances: The A/C, generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; if any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, please call or message me. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly, NO compensation will be made to renter.13. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion.14. If your route takes you on toll roads, you can use our toll tag but we will require you to reimburse us for tolls out of your deposit.15. Towing Policy: Towing will only be allowed with prior authorization by owner.16. Extending Rental Dates: You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Was a great experience. The RV was in great shape, everything worked and came fully stocked as advertised. Dee and his wife made it awesome with all their help from beginning to end. For a 1st timer it was more than I can hope for and instructions for hook ups are very easy plus Dee makes sure you understand everything at delivery and was available one phone call away when I had a question or needed something. When I'm ready to get my own RV will look for Dee for advice. I would definitely recommend Dee to anyone who's is looking for RV rental.

We had a great experience. The RV was spotless
when we received it. The owners met us a few days before to go everything which was great. We also had multiple questions throughout our trip and the owners always made themselves available to talk. I would highly recommend this RV.
when we received it. The owners met us a few days before to go everything which was great. We also had multiple questions throughout our trip and the owners always made themselves available to talk. I would highly recommend this RV.

It’s was a pleasure renting Theodore. Owners were very helpful with answering any of our questions. The RV was very clean and super comfortable for our family. My son even left his AirPods behind and they mailed them to us. I highly recommend renting Theodore!

We were first time RVers - seeking adventure, escape from the Texas heat while social distancing in the time of COVID. Dee and his wife spent more than 2 hours showing me and my wife all aspects of their RV and helped us organize our trip. Further they helped us with answers to questions all along the way! They were great, and this is a good solid vehicle.
