Renting John's camper van for our Lake Superior Circle Tour was an absolute delight! As first-time camper van users, we were a bit nervous about managing everything, but John was incredibly helpful. He took the time to educate us on all the features of the van and shared numerous pro tips to enhance our experience. His thorough walkthrough made us feel completely at ease.

My trip was 5 nights. This was my first van experience. The van was clean, easy to use, well maintained, modern, and safe. It fit my husband and me well. We would rent the van again if we ever go to UP again.

The best experience ever! John is an amazing owner! He explained everything in detail, replied quickly when we had questions and what's the most important he built a perfect van! I couldn't be more happy I found this Happy Van for our trip to Up North Michigan. It has everything you may need for camping. Don't think twice - just book it!! Thanks John for letting us drive it and create these wonderful memories!

EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!!! John is amazing! This van is super functional and well thought out. John's attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb. The amenities exceeded our expectations as its very self sufficient (solar powered energy) and the campgrounds provided the rest for us as needed (toilet/shower/unlimited fresh water). Very easy to navigate and park. From State Parks, to primitive camping, to beaches -- it does it all! Perfect for a two-person getaway. Such an inspiring trip thru the U.P. and I highly recommend John's van to all!

John’s van was epic! It was really comfortable and perfect for our getaway exploring Moab. His fitout is great and he has honestly thought of everything one could need for a great camping trip. The little heater with our own sleeping bags & a blanket helped keep us toasty even with it being 15 degrees overnight.

We took this van out for Thanksgiving (socially distant). We learned that John had thought out so many details for function and comfort of the van. Details like the stylish propane stove to keep us warm to dimmer lights for cooking, reading etc. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the van life experience is at 20degrees! John was a “super host”. He responded immediately through the rental process. I would highly recommend renting this van!

We had an amazing trip with this van. It was well equipped with everything we could need. Recommend bringing an extra blanket and pillows if you need a little more comfort and a coffee apparatus if you prefer something other than instant coffee - there is a very efficient electric kettle provided. Our dog loved the van and rode comfortably on the bed. Every detail of the van was well thought out - from the extra curtains to help keep in heat to the butane burner and cookware.
We took the van from Telluride to Escalante and then to Moab. John was super helpful and communicative through the whole process and checked in throughout the trip to make sure we were comfortable. Very highly recommend renting this van!

We had a wonderful trip to Diablo Canyon NM in John's van. Everything about renting this van from John was as easy as can be. The van is fully equipped and very comfortable for two humans and a German Shepherd. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had the most amazing trip with Johns van. The possibilities are endless in this vehicle and everything you could possibly need is in this van. The solar panels give you complete freedom as you don’t have to worry about any electrical hookups. We felt that we could live in there for a long time. The size is great and very versatile, easy to go anywhere, fully equipped kitchen, which to me is necessary as I love to cook in nature and the bed was super comfy. John was extremely flexible and understanding with pick up and drop off times which is great because travel times can be unpredictable. I highly recommend renting this van to make some amazing memories!

We had a phenomenal trip renting John’s Dodge Ram Promaster. Everything was exactly as listed, and better! We brought our camping box full of gear, and did not need to. John has everything you’d need to live out of the van for a good while. He even left us a sweet card to wish my husband and me a happy anniversary with some champagne! I’d definitely take this girl out again. You won’t be disappointed! Oh and his communication and flexibility are excellent. Thank you, John! 🙏🏼

It's clear how much time and effort John has put into making his campervan the ultimate road trip vehicle. My wife and I rented the van for 10 days and had a fantastic time. John was very accommodating and responsive both leading up to the trip and during. I couldn't recommend John and his campervan more. Rent this, you won't regret it.

This is an amazing van! We put together a last minute trip. John was very flexible with timing and was a pleasure to rent from. He really made the trip a breeze with all accessories included in the van. We were able to bounce around to a variety of beautiful spots, play all day in the sun, cook a delicious dinner, have the best nights sleep and repeat the next day. Van life at its finest.

John was the best host I could have asked for. He made it so easy to have a fantastic trip. His passion for the rig is evident in the detailed and comprehensive review of how this cool rig works. We had an awesome trip driving the backroads of Wyoming and South Dakota and this cool rig was a major part of the reason. I would recommend John and his rig in a heartbeat.
