Only book campsites with a minimum length of 45' and 50 AMPs.Want to experience RV living without the financial commitment? Test it out with our 2019 Heartland Cyclone on Clarks Hill Lake. Enjoy the outdoors at one of many RV parks located around Clarks Hill and when your ready to hit the hay enjoy hotel accommodations. The master has a double slide, giving the room plenty of space to move about and cuddle up in front of the fireplace. The kitchen and living area are no wimps in this RV, with a full sized fridge, 60" TV and a 4-person fully reclining couch. Lastly, the garage or in our RV a whole other bedroom comes with a half bathroom, two king beds, a twin loft and a separate entrance. Finally, the pièce de résistance is the patio, the back ramp folds down for patio living and the all weather doors allow for the patio to stay down, even with guests sleeping in the second bedroom.This RV is also perfect for the visiting guests. Guest house on wheels. All rentals come with full propane tanks, water connections/full water tank, 10 gallons of gas for generator use (if elected), fresh linens, pots/pans and dishware.We will cancel bookings if campsites are not large enough or enough amperage. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
All weekday drop offs are after 4 PM. Weekends drop offs are no earlier than 10 AM, but based on where the delivery will be. Please update us on all RV Park rules and regulations so we can ensure we pick up in time. Please contact us for any special circumstances and we may be able to accommodate.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
During delivery and set up we will hook up all utilities for you. We will ensure everything is open and ready for your stay.
Q.What's your generator use policy?
A.
We have a flat rate rental for generator use that is $50 a day up to 10 hours per day. This will also include the first 10 gallons of gas and portable gas tanks.
Q.What's your Pet policy?
A.
We are pet friendly, we just ask for $100 non-refundable pet deposit to ensure the unit can continue to serve other campers.
