Has heating and air conditioning. Upgraded lithium battery for longer battery use. I can provide a generator if you plan to take to an area with no electric hookups for an extra cost. The rear door is convertible to an elevated patio and is great for evening relaxing with your favorite beverage. Has indoor and outdoor speakers. Gas hookup for grill.
