5.0This is my first time to rent a camper and first time dealing with Outdoorsy and Marcus. Marcus was great. I'm not sure what else he could have reasonably done to make the experience any better. He was responsive to my questions about timing, location, what equipment i needed, etc. When time came to pickup, everything was ready and waiting on me. He walked me through everything in an efficient manner showing me how to operate the heater and water heater and answered every question I had about the camper. Even advised me to use the ECO mode for hot water b/c anything else would be scalding. The equipment was in great shape. Water tank and propane tanks were full and the equipment clean. Tires were in great shape and the spare was brand new. I camped solo and this camper was perfect. more than enough room even with it closed up. With two people you would still be comfortable since the bed is queen size. I put a queen size memory foam mattress topper on it and it was very comfortable. Without it though, it would have been interesting since i'm a side sleeper. Marcus mentioned this ahead of time which is why i did it. The only issue i had was during a heavy down pour a few drips got in. I could have prevented this by closing it up. I packed extra towels knowing it would be rainy so i had one at the ready. The first night i slept with it closed up and had zero issues. Surprisingly getting in/out of bed with it closed up was NOT that cumbersome. I would recommend renting from Marcus and would have no issues renting this camper again.
