Trailer uses a weight distribution anti-sway hitch which we will provide and help set up. All you need is a 7-pin connector and an electric brake controller and be rated to tow at least 7000 lbs. (F150 or equivalent or larger).What's includedAll basic necessary items that we use are included (minus food, toiletries & clothing), Fresh linens, blankets & pillows, kitchen settings for 6 (plates, bowls, cups, & silverware), cutting boards, pots, pans, mixing bowls, coffee cups, coffee pot & tea pot, kitchen towels, large outdoor rug, 2 camp chairs with side table are included.
• Outdoor kitchen includes sink & mini fridge.
• Outdoor shower has both hot & cold water.
• Rear storage holds up to 125lbs.Other things to note-Well behaved medium to small dogs are welcome (No cats). Please never leave pets unattended inside (unless crated).

-Awning: Be cautious when using awning not to overextend. Never leave awning extending while unattended, damages due to wind may not be covered by insurance. Please never hang anything from awning arms. Use caution when adjusting pitch, if too low, door will tear awning when opened.
