The trailer was perfect for our family of 3 and the layout is great. The pickup and drop off process was easy and it was easy to tow with our F150. We trailered it around through Badlands, Tetons, Yellowstone, and Glacier in Montana and it was easy to setup and break down. For some reason, the slide wouldn't extend one day, and Kayla worked with us quickly and graciously to get an afterhours technician out so we didn't miss any time on our trip. I've had previous emergencies on RV trips and Outdoorsy has always been great. The RV is an older model but everything else worked very well on both full hookup campsites and boondocking with our generator. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the shower or TV.

We used Kayla's 24' trailer to take a family trip to Yellowstone. We really appreciated the unlimited miles she offers since we did put on several miles. The size is just right for a family of 4 with the children being younger. The bunks are a bit small for a grownup. The unit was easy enough to tow with a Ford F150 and pick up and return was easy.

Kayla saved our "getaway." After a previous reservation with another site fell through, we fortunately found Kayla and her RV. She was a fantastic communicator, and we were well-prepared for our camping adventure. We paid a bit more for delivery outside of their normal area, but it so worth it. Can't wait to do it again.
