1.0Bryan and his RV were both so frustrating to work with. Upon meeting, Bryan showed us everything that was broken. The stovetop and oven both weren’t working or available, and for linens Bryan gave us a few top sheets and a couple dirty, stained bath towels. On our trip, the generator didn’t work, and the back half of the RV interior lights didn’t work. We had no power, and had to use the bathroom and shower in the dark. When reaching out to Bryan about these issues and asking for a discount, he got very hostile and belittling and refused to provide a discount. I used to rent out RV’s myself, and I would never rent from Bryan again.

5.0The owner was honest and upfront about all defects with the RV. He made sure to take time explaining upkeep and facilities of the rental. Lovely to talk to and very "Down to Earth". He was easily reachable whenever we had a question. The RV was comfortable and fit our needs perfectly.

5.0We had a great experience overall. We drove from Ohio to the PNW and it was the best way to take the trip. Communication was great I could reach out at any time and received a very timely response. We were nervous because we had never used an RV and all of our worries were addressed respectfully and quickly. Our biggest complaint was that it was pretty loud especially on some of the rougher roads, but that is just RV living and no ones fault, just something to be aware of if you aren't used to RV travel.. I also loved that we could bring our 2 dogs along and they had room to relax too. I would definitely recommend using these RV rentals for future trips!

4.0Fit our needs. Spacious. This RV did what we needed and that was get us to Washington state and back to Ohio safely. This was the best option for us to travel with our two dogs and see a lot of new places in the process. The only negatives were the refrigerator quit working and we lost our food and that the ride could be a little rough depending on the road conditions.
