2019 Thor Four Winds
Gracie is a 2019 Thor Four Winds. She comes with the E350 engine. She is 24 feet long and 10 feet 10 inches tall and 99 inches wide. I would say think 25 feet long and 11 feet high and 9 feet wide to keep things simple and ensure you have ample clearance. This model does not have slide-outs, it does have a 15 foot awning. There is an exterior storage with 50.3 cubic feet of space.The RV has 5 seatbelts. The kitchen table turns into another bed that could sleep 2, the cab-oversleeps 2 and the main bed in the back sleeps 2.She uses regular fuel (all 55 gallons of it), this is used for the onboard generator as well. There is a nice size bathroom and full kitchen including an oven. There is a tv and dvd player (it works but its not 4k experience). Tv needs to be tuned each time you park somewhere to adjust the antenna reception. We honestly never use it, we prefer to get away from electronics and get some much needed recharge from nature. The tv and the chaos will be there when we get back...The RV is cleaned and sanitized before its delivered to you in order to ensure a clean space for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Delivery and set-up can be accommodated up to 25 miles from location.

Gracie comes with waterproof cover on the main bed and cab-over, if you will use the kitchen table area and would like the cover and a sheets set we can have that available as well for you.We have a 200Watt solar system to minimize your need for generator use.We also include sheet set and pillow covers. There are various pillows for the beds and blankets.The bathroom will come with RV paper. Yes, its different and not that good triple-ply Charming we all love. RV systems are very delicate and therefore a special paper must be used that can be flushed and not hurt the pipes. There is also a trash can in the toilet in case you need to dispose of baby wipes, diapers, feminine products etc.We try to make sure the RV comes with most everything you might need: utensils, coffee maker, medkit, some tools, trash bags, dish and hand soap, books and board games, leveling plates, tire stops, slinky and hoses for the dump, hand sanitizer and disposable gloves.The RV comes with a rear-view camera. You will need to turn the headlights on when starting the rig to have access to the camera, this is part of the intro on delivery and will be in the upcoming video.Recommendations
Northern California is full of great adventures. There are many apps that can help you find the place based on your desires; a beach town, the woods, a farm or Orchard...up on the mountains or in the valley below. We personally love doing long weekend trips and hitting a few places from HarvestHosts or Boondockers Welcome. If staying at a place with no hookups (30amp, dump, fresh water), then be mindful of your water and storage limits. Keep an eye on those gauges. Also, for generator use, some places have quiet hours so make sure you double check when its time to turn it off. Wherever you go, make sure you have fun and are able to relax and feel better then when you started the trip. This is ultimately our prayer for you.Other things to note
We ask that you empty the dump tanks before return (Black/Grey). We offer a Dump Tanks Service as an add-on if you do not want to do this task.We ask that you fill up before return. If not, we will refuel and submit the amount as a post trip cost at current rate of fuel at the time +fee of $25. As a Military family with many friends and family First Responders we understand the pressures and stress that comes with placing others first and standing in the line for others. We wanted to make our RV available for these amazing families to be able to get away and recharge before coming back to the grind. Our RV-Gracie was a blessing for us in a time that we didn't even realized we needed it and it has been a blessing for our family as we have been able to reconnect and get centered in the most important aspect of our lives-our family. We hope that likewise, all those who rent from us have a pleasant experience with Gracie and are able to rest, recharge and come back feeling ready to tackle their days with a renewed strength.
