This 25’ class rv is the perfect size for camping anywhere and easy to drive with back up and blindside cameras It has 2 queen beds-one in the rear of rv and one over cabin , a u shaped dinette that can be transformed into a twin bed, A slide out to make more room, 3 burner propane stove with a built in microwave/convection oven, 10.3 cu. ft. refrigerator, on board gasoline generator,air conditioning, bathroom with shower. Plenty of storage inside and out. Fully automatic awning with speakers and led lights. 40in tv with Amazon fire stick (must log in to your own Amazon account). Pick up time is flexibleWhat's included2 camping rocker chairs. RV was perfect for our family of five! Host is wonderful! Comes stalked with clean towels, sheets, blankets. Plenty of storage space. We love that we did not have to pack any tent or typical camp gears. Kitchen was fully loaded and the microwave came in handy a few times. Table and chairs provided, love all the special touches! We had bears visit our camp area, a traumatizing experience for family’s in tents. Everyone was unharmed, but hearing a family of bears breathing near your tent is not comforting. Thank goodness we were in the RV, especially with a one year old! Best decision for us, we will definitely rent from Denise again!

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
In order to operate the slide out, you must have the vehicle in park emergency parking brake engaged have the vehicle running and push the slide out button. It will stop automatically when done the same must be done to close the slide out
