5.0We had an amazing trip around Vancouver Island. Kate was great for communication, and she was kind enough to accommodate us. The van was easy to pick up and drop off. We had no issues with utilities and had everything we needed and more.

5.0From the point of booking Kate was very responsive to the many questions I had while preparing for our trip. She even sent some videos showing where everything is and how it worked which was very helpful! The pick up and drop off was very smooth. And our trip was perfect! Ruth had everything we needed from chairs and tarps to pots and pans to dish cloths and soap. The queen size bed was perfect for my husband and I to get comfortable sleeps. This was the perfect 5 day camping trip. It rained one of the nights and it was SO nice to be off the ground and have all the supplies we needed to stay dry. Ruth will likely become a regular addition to our annual family camping trips.
