There is NO SMOKING in any of the Trailers. If the Trailer is returned with any kind of smoking odor, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and or repair.
No climbing on the roof of the trailer.
Limited Supplies: Each trailer rental comes with different supply capacities, check the specs on the one you have rented. It is your responsibility to ensure that these resources last your entire rental period. We will not provide customers additional water, holding tank capacity, propane, or batteries during their rental period.
The trailer needs to be returned in similar condition as when delivered. If damages occur or the trailer is left dirty, fees will be charged.
If an issue comes up, or something is not working properly please notify us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. No refunds are made due to an item not working properly, IE TV/DVD, radio etc.

Our trailers are available for delivery only. Delivery fees vary based on campground location. Campground must be chosen as a add on during checkout. Each trailer comes equipped with a pot, pan, cooking utensils, cutting board, knife, coffee maker w/filters, TP and Paper towels. Inventory and suggested packing lists are also provided in reservation confirmation email as well as reminder email sent out the day before your arrival.
