It weighs 8000 lbs and is 36 feet long.It is an amazing trailer has all the comforts of home, Full kitchen inside with an island and a fridge sink and BBQ outside. 3 slide outs that make this trailer roomy. A bathroom with a shower. It sleeps up to 10 with 2 completely separate bedrooms where one of the bedroom has 3 beds.There is minimal kitchen essentials such as plates, bowls, cups, glasses for 4. Silverware, a couple bowls. No bedding is supplied.TIhere is no generator so microwave and air conditioning do not work unless plugged in.
