Two folding chairs and an outdoor rug are included. Sleep comfortably inside and cook outdoors while enjoying the view!Want to tow it yourself? Little RollingInn is just under 12 feet long and has a Gvwr (loaded weight) of 1800 lbs and hitch weight of 162 lbs.
