Enjoy roughing it smoothly in this travel trailer. This 26 foot Bunk House is easy to tow and simple to set up. It does not have any slide outs making it light weight and easy to set up in the narrow confines found in some campgrounds. I offer a Military & First Responder discount of 10%. Please contact me about this discount.The unit uses 30 amp service for the A/C, microwave and TV. If you are not hooking up to shore power, I can rent you a generator if you wish for a small fee. The on-board battery will not be sufficient for more than a day or or so of lighting, water pump and furnace use.When towing with your own vehicle please ensure it is capable of towing this trailer. 1/2 ton pick ups or heavier are preferred. However some larger SUV's can be used. Please review your vehicle’s owner manual for its towing equipment and capacity or call a dealership and provide them with your vehicles VIN number and they can look it up for you.There is plenty of overhead cabinet storage for your camping needs. The bedroom has an RV queen walk around bed with lift up storage under the mattress. The living area couch folds out into a twin bed with storage beneath, cable ready 32" LED TV, dual fuel fridge/freezer, 3 burner cook top and oven, microwave, dinette that converts into a bed with storage under the seats, 2 full size bunks, large powered awning and outdoor shower.My trailer features 2 30lb filled propane tanks (propane is included in your rental fee), 52 gal. fresh water, 38 gal. grey and 38 gal black water tank, 6 gal. propane hot water heater, pass through storage forward. The rear curb side storage is used for outdoor item storage. Duct A/C and propane furnace.***Renter must present an insurance binder or Certificate of Insurance from their auto insurance provider. If provider does not cover RV Rentals then please inquire about our optional insurance coverage.What's includedI equip the trailer for rental the same way I use it when I camp. As such at no cost, I provide bath towels, bed linens, cookware, dishes, tableware, coffee maker with filters. For outdoors I provide 4 folding chairs, patio mat, a side and 4' table. Just let me know what you wish to have in your load out from what I provide.Other things to noteThe trailer UVW is 5140 lbs. The GVWR is 7,740 lbs. with a hitch weight of 460 lbs. An Equal-i-Zer E2 weight distribution/sway control is provided with the rental and will fit 2" (Class IV) receivers. The trailer is equipped with electric brakes and uses a round 7 blade plug. Your vehicle must have this connection in order to use the trailer marker lights, turn signals, electric brakes, and tail/stop lights. I'll provide a Tekonsha Prodigy RF brake controller if your tow vehicle isn't equipped with a factory brake controller. If your vehicle is is not compatible for this trailer, I offer no cost delivery/set up within a 50 mile radius of Virginia Beach, VA at no cost. HOWEVER delivery to the Eastern Shore up to Cherrystone or other sites will incur additional fees for fuel and tolls.

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

NAS Oceana Skeet & Trap Range is the pick up and drop off location. It is open to the public and there are no ID requirements to enter this part of the base. I can arrange for a different location as long as there is enough room to park the RV for key turnover such as a stadium or other large parking lot. We can discuss these arrangements during booking.

Q.

Will you deliver and set up to a home residence?

A.

No. the camper runs on 30 AMP power. Most home electrical systems will not handle the power requirements to run the A/C in the unit without tripping a household breaker and possibly damaging the A/C unit. Also most localities have ordinances in place forbidding driveway or backyard camping.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Prior to departure I will walk through all the systems and operation of the unit including hooking and unhooking to your tow vehicle and proper leveling if you are towing it. If your tow vehicle does not have a factory installed brake controller, I'll provide you with one at no cost (safety first) and show you how to use it.

Q.

Will you deliver to a campsite?

A.

Yes, depending on the distance. I deliver and setup at no cost within 50 miles of NAS Oceana. Anything over 50 miles will incur an additional fuel charge of at least $100.00. If delivery includes crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, an addition fee to cover the toll will be added to your rental cost. Currently that fee is $80.00
