5This was our first camping experience, our first rv experience and our first time using this app. A week of firsts, including learning how to hook up electrical, fresh water and sewage. Alfonso's thorough walk-thru and tutorial before the trip covered everything! We had one question the first day and made a call to him and received a quick and timely response. We never had another question but I know if we did, we'd get an equally quick response. One of the best parts about using Alfonso was the delivery and pick-up of the vehicle! Alfonso came to us! I highly recommend and would use any vehicle from Alfonso. Ours was very clean and came with everything we needed. Our first ever trip was a great success!

5Alfonso and his camper van, Lola, were just perfect for our week-long adventure into the mountains and along the coast of California. Alfonso was very thorough in his overview of Lola's features and was very flexible with pick-up and drop off times, as well as being very friendly with our dogs. We loved having all of the features of the van on our trip (stove, refrigerator, toilet) making our camping trip a nice step up from tent camping. Thank you Alfonso!
