Hi, I’m Kim! My love for the outdoors was nurtured from a young age by my parents, who encouraged me to explore, travel, and observe the world around me. That passion led me to become an environmental scientist and, in 2024, fulfill a lifelong dream of thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail.
When I returned from my hike, my mother lost her battle with cancer. She had always loved to travel and found peace in nature, and sharing SuNamu is my way of keeping her spirit alive by helping others experience the joy of the open road and the beauty of the world around us.
