Travel Trailer: 2016 Coleman Lantern LT 16FB

57 reviews
Travel trailerWallkill, NY
Sleeps 3
21 ft. long

Comfortable (full bed/full bathroom/ac/tv w/ guest mode roku enabled), clean (minimal use and regularly maintained), good for beginners and maneuverable (21 feet), safe (fire/propane alarms, hydraulic brakes w/ 7 way), adventurous (awning, outside lighting, games on-board), standard applications (3088lbs., 2in ball hitch mount required on your vehicle).

At this time, no drop-off service available, renter will need to pick up and return.
I have enabled "manual-approve" to each reservation to ensure I have time to clean/disinfect between each renter. While the trailer includes many comforts, I do not include full size bedding without an add-on. Check out any add-on features you may be looking for.

Happy camping!

What's included

Cables and adapters for vehicle hookup and the campsite are all on board. Collapsible fire ring with lighters/matches in the event your site doesn't have one. Pots and utensils. Boards games, cards, and books in cabinets. The TV has a ROKU for if you have a hotspot or wifi available (equipped in guest mode for easy sign-out).

***COVID-19 Cleaning: for the safety of you, future guests, and myself: every surface is disinfected. Also, due to my line of work, I have the capacity to run an ionizer in-between rentals.

Recommendations

I recommend a site with 30A+ electrical hookup (50A adapter is in the trailer) and water hookup. Sewage hookup at your campsite won't be necessary (depending on the length of your rental) providing the park has a dump station. Most parks with RV and trailer sites offer this for free near the exit.

Other things to note

Please note there is no smoking or pets permitted in the trailer.

Meet your host, Michael

I grew up camping on LI and mostly slept out by boat, but always an avid camper. Some of my favorite camping places were Hither Hills (Montauk), Gilbert Lake (Laurens), and anywhere in the Poconos. Need a destination - I can help =)

Overall went well

Mike was extremely helpful and sent clear, timely communications. It was a real pleasure to work with him and would highly recommend. Great camper for a couple or small family, met our needs. Was in good shape and Mike had some thoughtful items available in case you forgot them. A good experience overall

Renting Michael's camper was painless and easy. Camper was very nice clean and just what we needed for our trip. We cannot wait to rent the same camper again next year.

Mike was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He added all of the essentials that you might not remember in the trailer. We had a great time and would absolutely think of Mike the next time we decide to rent. Great experience overall. The trailer is priced right!

Michael and his trailer were excellent. He was very nice and knowledgeable about everything. The trailer towed nice with my 2005 Ram 1500. The trailer was very clean and operated well. We will be contacting him again in the future for rentals!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
No drop off or pick up is available at this time. Renter is responsible for transporting travel trailer.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I will provide a walk through of all hookups upon pickup. Electric: Trailer is 30A, but I can provide 50A or standard 110V adapter to fit your camping situation. Water: Standard garden hose connection at your site would make for best use. Hose comes with trailer. Sewage: Most campgrounds provide a dump station for free use. Necessary hoses will come with the trailer. Should the waste not be dumped prior to return, there will be an additional charge.
