Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We're all about flexibility! We, ourselves, like to start our trip early and reach our destination before it gets dark. It helps make setting up camp much easier. If you're like us, consider our "PM Pickup" option to prep your trailer an evening before. PM for more info.

Q.Why is the insurance so high?
A.
Insurance fee is based off the value of the trailer. We have no control over how much the insurance charges. However, if you opt for a delivery option, the insurance may go down considerably.

Q.Why is the deposit so high?
A.
Firstly, the deposit is fully refundable and we assure you that there will not be unreasonable or hidden charges. Airstreams are expensive to repair and even if the insurance covers it, the deductible is still very high. We do hope that this deposit amount can be fully refunded, which means our airstream has been well-taken care of.

Q.Can I park the RV on property?
A.
Yes, as long as the zoning laws allow a trailer to be parked there and stayed in. If parked on private properties, and in accordance with HOA regulations, you may be able to use the airstream as a spare bedroom. However, the airstream can not be parked and stayed in -on a street in a neighborhood. And in some cases, on a driveway which violates the property's HOA regulations.
