It's as simple as uploading a picture of your drivers license.Fully furnished and fully functional. Equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras you wouldn’t think you needed. Comes with complete checklists for parking, setting up camp, hookups, and more. Included is 24/7 assistance for any questions, problems, and roadside assistance.Replaced RV bed with a King Sized Memory Foam Mattress (super comfortable). Added two TVs, one in living room and one in master bedroom. Included are 6 plates, 6 cups, 2 coffee mugs, and a silverware set for 6. We have 1 frying pan and 1 saucepan. We have towels and washcloths for 6 and 2 hand towels. We have all bedding for the 2 bunk beds and the Master bedroom. All beds have pillows with cases and there are two extra in the master closet. We have a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, splenda, and some non refrigerator french vanilla creamers. Broom and dustpan are also provided. We have 4 academy chairs, a 50 amp power plug. Hitch weight is 750 lbs. I will include my hitch with anti-sway bars. My wife is highly allergic, so sorry No Cats!All linens, bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels are cleaned after every rental.2 rolls of toilet paper are provided. Please do not throw any wet wipes in toilet. No smoking! If you have a vehicle that can pull at least 7,000 pounds with a brake controller than you'll be fine!
I am a very easy going owner. Just take care of it like it's your own and you will have a wonderful experience!What's includedThis RV comes with 2 AC units! One is 15,500 BTU and the other is 13,500 BTU. If you like to freeze, this is the RV for you!RecommendationsPets are not allowed on furniture. Upon returning you do not need to deep clean the camper, but wiping down all surfaces, sweeping once, and cleaning out the fridge is excepted. I will keep some of your security deposit if the RV is returned filthy. I’ve only seen one return in my years doing this in which it was absolutely filthy ( leftovers in fridge, noodles and ketchup on counter, etc) if you clean up after yourself you will have no problems!Other things to noteI also own a 2019 Forest River Cruise Lite Salem 282QBXL which I have rented out for over a year. 5 star reviews and you can see that listing here:
