1. No Climbing on Roof or Exterior
• Do not climb on the roof, ladders, awnings or any exterior surface.
• Roof access is strictly prohibited—damage or injury will be charged to the renter.
2. No Smoking or Vaping
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside the vehicle.
• A deep‐clean fee of £150 will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.
3. Pet Policy
• Pets are only allowed if pre‐approved and the “Pet” extra is booked.
• Pets must be kept off beds and seating; any excessive hair or stain cleaning incurs a surcharge.
4. Fuel & Mileage
• Return with the same fuel level as at pick-up. A refueling fee (£2.50/liter) applies otherwise.
• Standard allowance is 150 miles/day—excess mileage is charged at £0.75/mile unless pre-purchased.
