RV rental Belfair State Park, WA: Motorhome rentals, camper van rentals and more

When you rent a camper near Belfair State Park, the most convenient place to camp is the park itself, and since this state park has plenty of amenities, your RV stay should be anything but boring. There are three different loops to choose from when camping, some of which are season specific. The main loop is open all year and has 15 full hookup sites for those with an RV to choose from, and in this loop, the maximum length of RV allowed is 60 feet long. The other two loops are the beach loop, which is also open year round and offers 28 full hookup sites, and the tree loop which is only open May through September. The tree loop is a bit more rustic and can only handle smaller RVs, so when you have a smaller rental RV, this loop is definitely worth checking out. The sites on the tree loop tend to be a bit more secluded and offer more privacy, and of course, all sites can be reserved ahead of time during your visit. No matter where you stay within the park, however, the various amenities can still be used at your leisure. Everything from a badminton area to fire circles, horseshoe pits, volleyball fields, and even bird watching platforms can be enjoyed. There are also various beaches that are within walking distance from the campsites, and when you realize you’ve forgotten anything important just head to the nearby town of Belfair to pick it up.

Being so close to major cities is a big perk for Belfair State Park, but luckily, it is still far enough away that it is easy to enjoy nature without distraction. When you feel the need for something besides hiking and swimming, there is a drive-in theater just north on Highway 3. You probably won’t want to take your RV rental into the drive in, but don’t worry, there are plenty of places to put blankets down and enjoy the show on some comfy grass. Also in that direction are a few golf courses that guests can enjoy. The Gold Mountain Golf Club isn’t far from the drive-in theater, and Trophy Lake Golf & Casting Club is also nearby. Both of these golf courses offer unique and challenging holes for players to take on, and both of them have pro shops that players can rent clubs at if they didn’t bring their own. Be sure to call ahead to reserve a tee time, however, since it isn’t uncommon for these courses to book up early. Military and history lovers who are camping at Belfair State Park will want to head north to Bremerton to enjoy a large collection of military museums and exhibits. There is even a warship docked and open to the public for tours, called the USS Kitty Hawk CV63, and a tour of this ship is definitely a memorable experience. Bremerton is also a great place to grab a bite to eat since there is a diverse collection of restaurants.
