Cari & Roger were super responsive and helpful, and the van was very clean and totally prepped for our trip. Picking it up and dropping it off was a total breeze. We do wish we had known more in advance that its cassette toilet is only meant for urine so we could have made different plans for where we were camping, but we understand given that it's probably hard to clean otherwise. Overall, we had a great trip and would recommend their van for anyone looking to rent one in the Seattle area!

We had a great experience in VAN-essa, our first several day trip in a camper van! Collette and Brian were so helpful from answering our questions before rental, being flexible and working with our schedules to show us the van features, and being understanding when our schedule was affected by flight delays. We really appreciated them being available for any questions and the excellent instructions both in person and printed for us. VAN-essa worked perfectly for our several day work-related travel. We had everything that we needed to enjoy meals and time together, for my husband to work remotely, and were cozy and well rested. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to enjoy exploring more areas in VAN-essa, something we're hoping to do in the future. Thanks so much for a great experience!
