Review summary
Highly communicative problem-solvers
Kelsey and Greg are praised for being helpful, responsive, and kind. They resolve on-road issues, assist with setup, provide detailed operational instructions, and were understanding when problems arose.
Drives smoothly, roomy, amenity-rich
The van offers a smooth driving experience, is consistently clean, and provides adequate kitchen, bathroom, and seating for multiple people. It comfortably sleeps 3-4 adults, though one reviewer experienced a rear AC malfunction when unplugged.

4.0RV was operational. The water/sink was unusable due to smelling like rotten eggs. We filled tank with clean/fresh and no-smell water at the Michigan State Park Potable Water Fill Station. I actually drank some water right from the hose as I filled up and it was perfect. As soon as we ran the sink in the RV, the smell of rotten eggs was overpowering. Reached out immediately, and the owner confirmed via text that he had not drained the tank and it "sat for a while". Unfortunately, the first few days of the trip was marred with an RV and sleeping quarters smelling like rotten eggs. The RV listing was updated after we paid our deposit. We decided to keep the reservation after reviewing the updated listing. The owners were quick and professional with their communication. We did not use the kitchen as nothing was provided and having flown in from out of state for the RV trip it did not seem cost-effective to buy all the requisite kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc.) to simply discard them after a 6 day trip. So all cooking was done via campfire which we really enjoyed. We also did not use the toilet, shower, awning, heater....so cannot comment on those.

5.0This Van was so great. Kelsie and Gregg were extremely helpful in getting us set up and also resolving any issues we had while already on the road. The van itself is nice, it can sleep three people very comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, and seating area is all more than adequate for a long road trip with multiple people. We took it out west over multiple weeks and put over 5000 miles on it with little to no issues. I would 100% rent this Van again from Kelsie and Greg.

5.0The hosts were very helpful and informative. The RV was clean and roomy. Although this particular RV will not work for our intended plan, we enjoyed the experience.
