2018 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra
We only Deliver and pick up our travel trailer to your destination. We will also do all the setup and tear down for you. All you need to do is show up and our trailer will be ready for you hassle-free. Our trailer features 3 separate rooms, 2 bedrooms, and a main living area that includes the kitchen area, dining area, couch, TV, and a radio. The back bedroom has two bunks and a couch that turns into a bed as well as a radio for that room only. Our front bedroom has a queen bed, and a wardrobe slide-out. Our bathroom has a walk-in sliding glass doors shower with a skylight window. We also provide a coffee maker and toaster as well as cookware, dishes, and grilling tools. We provide mattress protectors on all mattresses. Sheets and towels are provided on request. On the outside, we have another kitchen that includes a stove, sink, and refrigerator. We also provide 6 folding chairs and an outside rug. Please bring your favorite blankets and pillows. Due to Covid, we do not provide these at this time. What's includedSheets, towels, and a small charcoal bbq are available upon request. We provide six chairs as well as an outdoor rug. Other things to notePlease only use RV toilet paper in the toilet. No paper towels or any other objects down the toilet. If tanks need to be flushed out due to not following these rules, you will be charged a clean-out fee. Usually between $50-$100, depending on what needs to be done. Absolutely no smoking in the trailer. No pets unless otherwise agreed upon prior to rental.

Our overall stay was good. We had a problem with the gray and black water tanks filling up very quickly within our stay. The tanks are 40 gallon tanks. We had to drain out the tanks by ourselves on the second day into the trip. We stuck to 2 minute showers and didn’t run the water while soaping up. We also encountered an ant problem during our stay, but I’m pretty sure that was from the campsite itself and being off a lake. Communication was very good with owner. He responded quickly and assisted with the problems we had over the phone. Only reason it didn’t get a 5 star review was due to the tank issue.

Troy was great! We had him just bring this to our house to provide extra space for some family coming into town for the weekend. He came and set up the camper on time and hooked everything up including making up the beds. Went over everything with me to make sure I had a clear understanding of how they worked.

The trailer was awesome and Troy was a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable with the trailer. The trailer was sparkling clean and the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and all the storage. Will definitely be renting again!

From beginning to end the experience was excellent. Troy was fast to confirm availability. He was always quick to respond to questions. He was on time to deliver and provided a thorough overview of operations. The trailer itself was in perfect working order and was very clean. Our family of 8 was able to comfortably sleep in the trailer as well. The outdoor kitchen was so helpful and was where we prepped all of our meals. The chairs and the outdoor carpet were wonderful as well. All the important supplies were there....toilet paper, towels, kitchen gear and bedding. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Q.Is the trailer a 30 or 50 amp hookup?
A.
We are equipped to convert the power to either. Please keep in mind that if you want to run all power including the A/C and microwave at the same time then you will need a 50 amp hookup. Otherwise a 30 amp will work but you would need to turn off the A/C to run other high power equipment.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can pretty much deliver the trailer anytime of the day. We would like to pick up the trailer no later than noon. If you would like to stay a little bit longer on the pick up date we can discuss details prior to pick up. All depends if the trailer is rented a day or two after. We need time to deep clean between rentals.
Q.Can we Boondock/Dry Camp with your trailer?
A.
We prefer you not too. Unless you have had prior experience, and know how to refill tanks, drain tanks and run power off the grid.
We have tried this in the past with renters and it has not worked out for us. Too many calls for small things that have happened with no experience.
Q.Can we rent your trailer less than 6 days?
A.
It depends on the location. For us we have found its a lot of work to drive, set up and leave on a Friday afternoon and then to come back on Sunday morning to do it again. It really takes away from our weekends. If it's pretty local to us we may conceder. Don't hesitate to ask.
