We offer delivery or stationary rental (see below). This top-of-the-line luxury model is priced well below its value! It's in immaculate condition, sleeps 4 comfortably, but we may discuss additional guests on a case-by-case basis.Everything we offer is flexible, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs--just ask!What's includedOffers a KING-size bed with memory foam in a private room with TV, the couch makes into a bed and has memory foam, and there is room on the floor for a twin air mattress. If anyone is adventurous or simply desires to get one step closer to nature, we have a 2-man tent available to rent. You will feel like you are in a home as the kitchen has a residential-size refrigerator, convection oven/microwave, gas oven, k-cup style coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, mini-crock pot, and all kitchen essentials. The living room has a fireplace/heater, large-screen TV with a DVD player and speakers inside and outside. Lean back in the reclining theater seating with massaging/heated chairs. There are plenty of outlets and pop up charging stations for cell phones, iPods, and iPads. Tons of storage throughout. The RV is fully stocked--includes linens, blankets, towels, pillows, dishes, cookware, kitchen appliances, toilet paper, and paper towels. You can be assured the RV and every linen/blanket/pillow has been sanitized between rentals.RecommendationsRENTALS on our 15-acre property:
If you stay on our property, we will strive to make your stay as easy as driving up, enjoying your home away from home, then leaving when you must. There is no additional cost for water or WiFi. It is parked on our gated 15 ACRES under a new pole barn on a concrete pad overlooking the pasture which is home to deer and wild turkey. It is close enough to our house that we will assist with any needs that arise, yet far enough and private enough that you won't realize we are here. We will provide a grill and outdoor chairs upon request. You're free to roam our property, sit on the porch swing, or stay in the cozy RV. Daily dumping is included (extended stays require a fee). Why stay in a crowded RV park when you can have the outdoors to yourself?! We are a very easy 30-minute drive to Ft. Benning (mostly highway driving) or just over 20 minutes to Callaway Gardens.Other things to noteDELIVERY RENTALS:
We will deliver, set up the RV, explain every feature to you, and pick it up. We must discuss the location and details to be sure the site can accommodate our large RV.
