This is a delivered, stationary rental — the trailer stays at the designated site and is not to be moved or towed by the guest. No smoking inside the unit. Pets must be approved prior to booking. There will be an additional fee. Guests are responsible for any and all damage that occurs during their rental period. Trash must be bagged and placed outside before checkout. In the event of high winds or severe weather, awnings must be retracted immediately — guests are responsible for any awning damage resulting from failure to do so. Report any issues immediately — we’re here to help.
