Living room is equipped with a leather fold out hide a bed couch that fits 2 adults, a flat screen tv posted above the electric fireplace. Kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, gas stove, dishes, pots and pans, drink ware, silverware, hand mixer, toaster, mixing bowls and a ninja blender. Dinette table folds down into a bed, can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Bunk room has a rock wall that children love to climb to get to top of one bunk, this bunk can comfortably fit 2 kids, bunk on the right hand size can comfortably fit one kid/teenager (it's folds up) to accommodate anyone utilizing the cushions underneath and sleeping on the floor where you can fit 3-4 kids or 2 adults.What's includedCamp chairs 2 adults and 2 kids fishing poles, camping toilet paper, the only kind that can be used, small black Stone griddle and gas bottles, fresh linensOther things to noteNo smoking or vaping this will result in a huge fine as cigarette smoke can not be removed form soft surfaces
