Rules and policies
The vehicle should be returned with the black and gray water tanks completely empty. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $100 dump fee. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be added if not returned as clean as you rented the travel trailer. Cleaning supplies are provided.
If Equalizer hitch is damaged or lost the renter will pay $200.00 out of the security deposit to insure a replacement.
