Originally from the East Coast, I moved to Utah because of my love for the outdoors. As an adventure enthusiast, I feel most at home in the mountains and I want others to experience the same passion I share, which, is what led me to start renting out my campervan.

Our host Kent was very organized and made the pickup and drop-off very easy for us. We very much liked the upgrade to the RV which made it roomier and more accessible. The heating worked great, and all of the kitchen accessories. The vehicle is maintained very well. Kent was always available for help and very responsive. His demo videos made operations easier.

It was fantastic having you as a renter, James! I could tell how well you took care of my campervan after you dropped it off. Renters like you are always a joy to have! If you ever need a rental in Utah again, I would love to host y'all!

Kent was an excellent host and answered the few calls and texts I sent him during the trip within a few minutes. The van was really comfortable and well appointed with cooking utensils, towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Everything worked as it should've. The dual fridge and freezer worked out really well with a lot of space. We didn't need the freezer so we used both as a fridge using the selective temperature controls. We used the diesel heater most nights since we were in freezing temps and it worked very well. We turned on the AC once and it worked well also. The stove worked great and we used it 4-5 times and it only used 1/2 lb of propane. The water tank supplied us with potable water for our 4 day trip which was used for handwashing, dishwashing and brushing teeth. We didn't use the shower due to not having a water heater but we were able to use shower facilities available on the road so it wasn't an issue. The van drives just like a car and was very easy to maneuver and park. The engine had enough pickup to pull out into traffic effectively and get up the mountain roads. Kent provided numerous videos online before the trip showing how the van systems worked as well as a "How-tos" folder in the van with instructions printed out. Great trip overall!

First of all, the van was PERFECT. Secondly, Kent was a joy to work with. I had some travel issues arriving and he helped me figure them out which as an Airbnb host myself, I knew was above and beyond. But back to the van- this baby was the perfect home on wheels for my girls rock hounding trip. It was big enough to be comfortable but not too big that it was terrifying to drive. We had plenty of room for all of our stuff, the drawers were nicely snug and magnet locked so they didn’t bounce around when we drove, and I was shockingly comfortable in the shower! 10/10 would recommend. Even took her to the Oregon trail!!!

Kent was great to work with, he made sure we had everything we needed. We were a little nervous since we had never used a sprinter van before but Kent even had videos made in case we forgot how to use something in the van. It was perfect for exploring Great Ben’s National Park. If we are ever in Utah again we would definitely rent from Kent again.
Kent’s answer
