The camper was in excellent mechanical condition and with the deep cell batteries perfect for dry camping. Unfortunately the camper was not cleaned appropriately. The refrigerator was uncleaned, floors dirty/unswept, bathroom was also not cleaned. With a little TLC this could have been a 5 star rating.

Great trailer, came with everything you need. Grill on the bumper. Delivered with no propane but owner was quick to fix within hours. Keurig leaked water so we got coffee in town. Black tank showed 1/3 when we arrived. Fresh water smelled funky so we just showered at the campground facilities. Didn’t take away from a great camping experience.
