Super fuel efficient, and front row parking. This amazing fuel efficient vehicle is super rare. Only 6,000 Datsun Chinooks were made and only about 3,000 a year, so this is special. It's the first year Datsun put Nissan motors in their vehicles. This baby cruises! Amazing, adventure RV that will take you anywhere. Sleeps 2 in a dinette layout not recommended for people above 5’10”. The sweet pop-top makes it extra roomy. There is tons of storage space available for your outdoor gear. We found this gem in excellent vintage condition and plan to keep it that way. Meanwhile the steering and driving components have all been replaced and upgraded. Take it for a week getaway, travel Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. We have done extensive maintenance to the vehicle’s drive terrain: all new steering and front end components, carb, oil pump, clutch, U-joints, brakes, shocks, body mounts and many others ... it’s been kissed by a deer in the front fender when it was driving through Yellowstone in the 80’s. It still rocks it’s seen a lot. (One day it will get a paint job for now its a cool story)There are hookups for 120V electricity and a charger for your cell phone. We also keep spare fluids, some tools and a first aid kit as well as a fire extinguisher on board. You can fly into Bozeman International Airport (BZN) or West Yellowstone Airport (WYS), if you’re real sweet we will go to Jackson for you. We will bring the RV to the airport or anywhere you’d like. So you can just hop in your vintage RV and enjoy a spectacular vacation. Start your amazing adventure with this vintage Datsun. What's includedThe Gazelle is equipped with a propane stove, and refrigerator so you can cook anywhere. The Chinook comes with: pot, pans, drip coffee maker, mugs, bowls, plates, cutting board, wine and bottle opener, utensils. Other essentials like soap, paper towels, first aid kit, and spare fluids are also included. We have also furnished it with a sheet set, pillows, pillowcases, comforter and duvet cover, the bed folds out and is super cozy.
Let us know if you would rather have sleeping bags. We have camp chairs and other goodies just let us know what you’d like.

We love vintage Toyota, Chinook, Sunrader and other Vintage RVs. We are trying to save and restore a culture of campers. Our RVs are reliable and well maintained. Ed had done a "wheel to wheel" upgrade on all our vehicles. Each camper is totally different and we attempt to keep the original owners idea in mind. We have four current rentals: Troutmobile, The Nook, Time Traveler and The Gazelle. Also working on Mighty Oak which will be a 4x4 conversion with a 2.4L turbo diesel engine and Patina Cruiser 4x4 build equipped with over-landing gear. Visit our website or instagram for more pictures and adventures.

Clean, perfectly vintage. Made it over Mt Hood in very hot weather with no problems at all. The owner was very responsive!

Great communication and very accommodating to us picking up early. The truck was very cute and got lots of looks and smiles. For the price we paid I was a little bummed how dirty everything was inside. Dog nose prints all over the inside windshield, pot and coffee pitcher was also dirty. And the coffee pitcher had no filter and coffee is so important while camping! I was under the assumption there was a drip coffee pot and water kettle. No kettle either. I assumed it would of been a little better stocked. The hood of the truck bounced a lot putting us on edge but in the end it held strong to the coastal winds.

This is a fun and funky way to camp. The camper drives like a small pickup truck so it's easy to park and maneuver. We were able to travel roads that warn about getting RVs and trailers out once you get it without any difficulty. I had no trouble parallel parking on crowded Portland streets.
