Everyone comes back saying what awesome memories they had with their families.
Whether a weekend camping trip, or a college tour, or some other adventure - Sunny is a magical companion on your trip.Sunny has made the trip around the USA twice and been our rock star bullet proof rolling house of hysterical family fun for weeks at a time!Rent Sunny and your fee (after carry costs including Outdoorsy's 25% fee) will be Donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute for medical research. She technically sleeps 11, but the dinette, and two fold out couches (one in the main area and the other is the lower bunk, are more for people or kids less than 5'6"). I'd say more like 8 comfortably, 11 snugly.)
Also, we Upgraded the Mattress to a really nice one from the junky one that comes with it. Sleep well!Easy to drive - really just like a super long pickup truck - just be careful. Pay close attention and have someone guiding you when leaving from a standstill near structures. Don't turn the wheel too hard at first otherwise the back will swing and could hit something - always best just to ease away at a shallow angle till she's clear (mostly gas pumps!).We have an easy to read User Guide for on the road trouble shooting - not from the manufacturer, but from the owners to get to the typical questions and stuff like "How do we turn on the stove?" "Why won't the awning retract?" (We also provide a very long PDF FAQ for even more detail.)Happy to talk you through all the fun you can have and provide tips. Like DON'T USE Waze OR Other Direction Apps.We will give you access to RVShare for RV Safe Driving Directions so you won't crash into a bridge or drive on a parkway, or a road too steep for Sunny. You'll have a great time in Sunny and feel good about supporting Dana Farber Cancer Institute!Three night minimum - any shorter periods are not available (see FAQs).Reachout with any questions! TonyWhat's includedWe'll put the basics in Sunny:
• pots & pans & stuff to cook / clean with
• plastic dishes, utensils, cups
• toilet and paper towels
• a couple of folding camping chairs
• toaster
• coffee maker
• an outdoor rug (critical for wet days!)You can bring:
• sheets, pillows, towels
• sleeping bags - easier to roll up and out of the wayRecommendationsWe've taken Sunny to almost every state in the US - except Alaska! We've had great times throughout New England - even took Sunny over the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard!

I would like to say this is my first ever experience renting or even driving an RV. I would like to say thank you to Tony and Patrick when we first got there we did a complete walk through of the entire vehicle. We were given a tutorial of the whole operating system from top to bottom which made it easy and also we were given a manual just in case we forgot anything that was told to us. I must say the RV was really clean and drove very smoothly. Patrick even kept in touch during our trip down and back. Unfortunately for my first experience we did have a flat coming back but with the help of Patrick and roadside assistance it did not delay my trip coming back the handoff of returning the vehicle went really smooth if you ask me I will rent this again which I would love to rent again in July but unfortunately it is booked but this will be my first choice in the future to rent. Thank you Tony and Patrick!!

Sunny allowed my wife fulfill a long time dream of having an RV family trip. We had amazing days on Sunny. Everything was perfect. The vehicle is impeccable, and Tony’s instructions and thorough walk thru made everything super easy, even for someone who never drove an RV before (like me).
It was the first of many RV trips and we certainly will rent Sunny again.

The RV was luxurious yet spry, with tons of room lots of beds and all of the amenities you could want. Tony is a gem and can’t recommend more this vehicle for your next travel dream.

Great experience from the first contact all the way through drop-off at the end of the trip. This was my first time driving an RV, as we were renting it as a precursor and trial before we buy our first motorhome. The vehicle has terrific accommodations for its size, was comfortable, and surprisingly easy to drive even for a newbie like me. Tony was very responsive and eager to help us to get the most out of the trip. He seems genuinely interested in the wellbeing and enjoyment of those who rent “Sunny”, and was very accommodating regarding our pre-trip preparations and travel schedule. A++ choice for us.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host
Q.I've never driven an RV, will you teach me?
A.
It is much easier than you think. I'm happy to take you out around the block and show you the ropes. We'll take turns (literally) and you'll get used to it pretty quickly!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We're very flexible since the RV is in our driveway; communication is important and we're happy to accommodate you, including allowing up to 2 vehicles to park in our driveway while you're away (more can park in the quiet cul-de-sac street).
Q.If I'm using a non-USA issued driver's license, should I contact Outdoorsy for a manual verification?
A.
Yes. The standard verification process will not work and you'll need to be manually verified by Outdoorsy's Trust and Safety team - typically by sending a copy of your passport next to your face without the passport page being covered in anyway. Sunny has to have verified driver's to be able to leave her home...thanks!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
They work very easily, the trick is pre-inspecting the camp site to determine:
1) where in the ground are the sewer pipe, electrical pod, and water faucet - line up so all the lines can reach/connect (typically this is quite easy to do).
2) the CONCERN is pulling so the driver side is so close to the pods/faucet or worse a TREE that the front slideout on the driver side extends and whacks that stationary object....OUCH!
