5.0Jill is a wonderful host! She’s very knowledgeable, and her passion for travel really shines through. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to answer our questions. She’s put so much thought into outfitting the van with everything you could need. We really appreciated her attention to detail! We spent 26 days traveling with three adults and one small dog, and it was one of our most enjoyable vacations! The van provided a comfortable ride and became our home away from home. The living space is cozy for three adults, but we found it very doable. We’d happily recommend renting from Jill!

5.0What a great adventure in the Storyteller! Jill was great and took the time to go over everything you needed to know. I had never driven an RV. Do not drive on Merritt or you’ll rip the roof off 😂. Diesel only! Starlink internet was amazing. Kitchen, bed, lawn chairs, table, awning, etc, this van has it all. She has everything you never thought about but might need. I went to a tailgate at parents weekend for my son and was approached nonstop about how cool the van was. It was perfect! Thanks Jill and hopefully we’ll connect again for another adventure!

5.0The host, Jill, met me and provided a detailed orientation of the vehicle. I drove off with confidence, and the vehicle was everything they promised and more! Had a blast travelling in this California beast all over the East Coast. Can't wait for another excursion with these fine people.

5.0Can’t say enough good things about our entire experience in RimRock and with Laguna Vans. First of all, the van is perfect for a couple wanting to explore in comfort and with ease. It handles incredibly well on the road, is easy to park and has all the comforts needed to stay connected or disconnect wherever your travels take you. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided by our host to ensure we had a wonderful trip. From phone charger to Bluetooth speaker, dish soap and folding chairs, literally everything we needed was in the van and everything is in perfect condition. Now, for what we thought was the most important thing as first time RV’ers: the host. Jill took her time to make sure that we were set up for a safe and enjoyable experience. She explained every detail of the Van and how to use every system and accessory. She also provided an excellent user guide which stayed with us just in case. Having a host who cares about your experience makes all the difference and it was just an exceptional experience all around.
