Travel TrailerRental #48687

Fully equipped Travel Trailer. Not intimidating to tow because of it's compact size. A queen size bed for two adults and twin bunks best suited for children. Stabilizing jacks easily deployed. An electric awning works with the touch of a finger. Water heater, and fridge works on both gas and electric. Furnace is only propane for boon docking but a small electric space heater provided, will keep it warm in the winter or a chilly night. Air conditioning operates just like a household window air. You can tell by the pictures that in addition to normal 4 place dining setting with pots and pans, also provided will be toaster oven, electric fry pan, hibachi grill and outdoor carpet. This RV has everything you need and nothing you don't. Plenty of storage in drawers, cabinets and under queen bed. A weight distributing hitch with sway control will be provided. The Electric is standard seven pin design for lights, battery and brakes. This trailer is equipped with a special brake controller if your tow vehicle is not equipped with one, but you Must at least have 12 volt line to your rear plug. You may also use your own controller if you are equipped. Note add ons only if needed, generator, bike racks, and dump tank. One of my jobs was to deliver newly purchased RVs to owners. We will do a complete walk thru and explain the operation of all features. I'll get you started with confidence. For those interested in renting I will gladly email a printable instruction sheet on the RV that relates to towing, usage of all features and the generator. It will make the send off orientation more informative.
The vehicle you tow with should be rated to pull at least 5,000 pounds. This information can be found in the owners manual. This would typically be a midsize vehicle with good suspension and a V6 engine. Lots of small SUVs, Most 4 cylinders cannot do it. just check the owners manual.

Awesome experience! I would recommend this trailer to anybody, especially newbies. I had never camped in a teailer before. Bob went over everything carefully and clearly beforehand. He was very flexible with times. I had a great trip and I would rent this trailer or another from Bob again!

This was my first time camping in a trailer. Bob was great with taking time to go over all of the specifics of the trailer inside and out. It was exactly as described.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.Will you provide the hitch ball?
A.
Tow vehicle must have a hitch receiver class III installed. I will provide the proper ball size on a mount for the receiver.

Q.What wiring is necessary?
A.
The tow Vehicle MUST have the seven pin RV Plug with tail light, turn signals, brake lights working plus it MUST have the 12 volt Aux wire working that charges the battery. It does not need the brake wire or brake controller. I will also provide that.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can schedule times that are good for both of us. Once scheduled we need to be prompt, on time. I need to travel to get to the storage center. I will allow 1/2 hour in case the renter has traffic problems. After 1/2 hour I will bill the security deposit $30.00 per hour.

Q.How many miles are allowed?
A.
You are allowed 200 miles per day times number of days rented, I will need the name of a destination or campground and route of travel.
