4.0This was my first time renting a RV, didn't want to be supping in someone else's thing, was not familiar with the RV sites or the or the access to internet, the combination of things made us hard to use the RV to its fullest. I was prepared with the stuff we brought so that made up for my pit falls. We enjoyed Yellowstone and do better at researching sites and RVs

4.0We had a wonderful trip in this van! Megan was great with communication, and the van was incredibly clean and easy to drive. We flew into Boise and picked it up at the airport as they had dropped it off beforehand. Very good instructions on how to find it. Our only issue was that the fridge didn't work consistently, but luckily we had a cooler to use as backup. Sounds like it was likely due to a battery needing to be replace--that happens, nobody's fault. It sounds like it was going to be taken care of, but needed to mention it as it was the only thing that kept this from a 5 star rating. And we did have a cooler as a backup that we used. We would definitely rent it again!

5.0The perfect pocket! That rig is a professional build and very efficient while being a super manageable size. Megan was very communicative and accommodating for my last minute booking. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, and those Sawtooth Mountains are ridiculous. Go see em’!
