2025 Updates: A renter hit a tree branch last fall, no injuries but the roof, awning and ladder had to be replaced. New tires installed in 2023 and the brakes checked. 150 miles a day (that is the number of nights rented and one extra day)! I want you and your family to have the miles to cover a trip to Mammoth or the river for a week, etc. but please I am not interested in cross country renters. This is the perfect RV for a small family or couple, it's not too big at 24 feet for easier parking and maneuvering. It is now 8 years old but well taken care of. There are some dings and scratches and the decals are fading but its clean and everything works. Please note, NO Towing Allowed and the hitch is locked!It has the Ford V10 for good power going up hills and this Four Winds 22E is built on the Ford E450 chassis which is more stable than the E350 chassis and easier to drive. I have added two 100 amp Lithium batteries and a 2.5KW Pure sine wave inverter to power the TV and Keurig coffee maker when boondocking without running the generator. There is a hitch mounted Bicycle rack or storage rack available for hauling extra goodies at no charge, please let me know so they can be installed. Early Pick up at 1PM and drop off at 3 PM if requested. What's included2x camping chairs, cookware, utensils. Please bring your towels, pillows, bedding and sleeping bags. There is a small collection of DVDs and books to enjoy while you relax. Free hitch mounted carrying rack or bicycle rack available.RecommendationsOur RV has been to the Mammoth lakes area, Oregon for the eclipse a few years ago, Cleveland on a cross country trip and the Anza Borrego desert many times. It is an easy rig to drive and with the extra power handles long grades with relative ease.Other things to noteNO TOWING of any kind without express written permission of owner. No Burning man festival due to potential pumice damage.

Renting the RV from Larry was fantastic. He upgraded the battery system which enabled my son to use his CPAP machine for the entire trip. It was clean and well stocked. The engine has plenty of power to take you wherever you want to go. I will definitely be renting from him again.

Very flexible! Typically pickup is noon and drop off as late as 3 PM. There are exceptions of course just ask.
