4Highly recommend using Katelyn and the team at Convenience RV in Wilis, TX. Although we ran into a few mechanical issues like the check engine, ABS and Service Trac Light being on, we still had an amazing experience with renting the 2024 Chateau 31EV. The RV can sleep up to 7 comfortably but technically you can pack up to 10 people if 2 sleep in the overhead and 2 sleep on both the dinette set and convertible couch. Katelyn. was responsive to my texts and pick up and drop off were easy easy!

5My experience this year was absolutely fantastic! Last year, we rented from a different company, and it was a disaster. They were unresponsive, the RV arrived dirty, no one explained how to use it, and it was delivered without water—which we had to purchase ourselves. To make matters worse, they refused to refund our money. This year, Andy and his team completely restored our faith in RV rentals. They were professional, responsive to every question, and delivered the RV on time. Everything was explained clearly, the RV was spotless, and the beds were already made—it truly felt like checking into a hotel for the weekend. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend them for future RV rentals.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
If you plan to set up in a campground, you will need a 30 amp service and potable water. There is a water hose in the RV. You simply plug in to the power, attach the water hose and turn the water on.
