The RV is 26 ft long, which makes it very convenient in most parking sites. It comes with a solar panel that can power up all 3 TVs. The RV is self-balanced with push-button jacks. the sleeping areas includes a 12 inch queen bed, a full size bed and 2 twin size beds. Free Wi-Fi included. You may park your car in my driveway for free.What's includedFresh linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies are included. I will include an extra items upon request: airfryer,both electric and propane grill, camping chairs and some cleaning supplies.RecommendationsWith the class A like jayco , i wil encourage people to spend more time enjoying the nature and bonding together as family or friends. less driving , more enjoyment.Other things to noteTowing is not allowed. renters are responsible for any illegal parking ticket, towing fee and toll fee.

Towing another vehicle is not allowed. drycamping is allowed at your own risk, and the renter is responsible for any illegal tickets or towing fees. The generator is not working for now , and it s scheduled next month to be fixed. I added an extra portable one to supply 110v to the rv.
