We know travel plans don’t always fit into neat time slots 🙂. If the schedule allows, we’re glad to offer flexible pickup and return times. Just message us ahead of your trip and we’ll coordinate something that works for both of us.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes! We provide a full walkthrough at pickup so you’ll feel confident using everything. The trailer is very user-friendly with labeled hookups and simple controls. Pro tips: keep the black tank closed until dumping, use plenty of water when flushing, connect power first when setting up, and make sure the slide area is clear before operating. We’re always just a message away if questions come up.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Hookups are straightforward. At the campsite you’ll plug in the power cord, connect the fresh water hose, and attach the sewer hose to the dump outlet. You can find step-by-step YouTube videos for this exact trailer so you can see the process before your trip, and we also review everything together at pickup. In addition, all the manuals are in the cabinet above the desk.

A.
The trailer features a Victron MultiPlus II power system with a 400Ah lithium battery bank (four 100Ah batteries) and solar charging. This allows you to run lights, outlets, and charge devices without being connected to campground power. The system automatically manages charging and power use, and the LCD control screen lets you easily see battery level, solar input, and power usage while camping.
