Review summary

Highly communicative and responsive
Krista and her team (Sam, Tim) receive praise for their excellent communication, responsiveness, flexibility, accommodating last-minute requests, and assisting with setup. However, there are two instances of host cancellations shortly before departure.
Spacious layout, comfort concerns
Guests appreciate its spacious layout and effective AC. However, multiple reviews note extremely uncomfortable beds, a frequently non-functional awning, inconsistent cleanliness (ranging from dusty to mouse droppings), and an unstocked kitchen. A reviewer also reported refrigerator cooling issues and an unemptied black tank on arrival.

2.0While the camper layout and space was good for our family of 5 the trip wasn’t great. Right off the bat we arrived to the campground the black tank needed to be emptied before we had even used the camper. The camper had a half roll of toilet paper. The refrigerator took over 24° to even remotely cool down. Sadly it never got to a safe enough cold temperature so several food items spoiled and had to be thrown away. The kitchen is not fully stocked. Plan on bringing all of your own kitchen supplies - paper towels, wash clothes and hand towels, plates, bowls, utensils, serving items, seasonings, and dish washing supplies. The bunk beds were ok for our 9 year olds, but if anyone over that age wanted to sleep on them, they would basically be sleeping on plywood. Which leads us to the mattress in the bedroom. It did have a thin foam pad overlay, but that did not do anything for helping with comfort. My husband contemplated leaving the first night to find a hotel because the bed was so uncomfortable. Thankfully we were able to get 2 more mattress pads to lay on top of the “mattress” to make sleep somewhat attainable, but it was extremely difficult. Thankfully the awning did work as the heat index was 105° during the weekend we camped. So some shade was appreciated! The AC worked pretty well and was probably the best thing of all in the camper.
