If I suspect that the renter smoked or vapped in the camper, then I will deduct $300 from the security deposit.
If the renter brings back the camper without emptying the Black and Grey tank, then I will deduct $85 from the security deposit.
Renter is required to clean up the camper as it was the condition when picked up, or a minimum of $80 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Camping is my favorite activity. As I was growing up, many friends were attracted to neon lights, I fell in love with nature. Just the thought of going camping, it excites me. There are all sorts of activities that you can enjoy outdoor. Many enjoy great hikes, some zipping through the forest on wheels, my favorite moments are waking up early morning, breath in the fresh crisp air fill with the aroma of the nature. At night, watch the starry sky next to the warm campfire. And of course, can't miss the relaxing afternoon nap in the hammock underneath the shaded towering trees, after a great hike (or not,) is definitely a must.
