Failure to comply with this requirement, or a smell of smoke in the RV, will result in loss of Security Deposit plus cost of cleanup.- If Renter returns the Vehicle with less fuel OR propane than when rented, the cost to refuel the vehicle will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Cost of fuel and propane overage may fluctuate based on current gas/propane prices.- If renter returns the vehicle without emptying the black and gray water tanks, a $60 dumping fee will be deducted from the security deposit.- Towing is allowed, but tow must not exceed 3,000 lbs. Renter is responsible for any damage to suspension, tires, frame, hitch, etc. due to excessive tow weight.-No off-roading. Please only drive in paved roads unless necessary. Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle due to excessive driving on unpaved roads.What's included-Plates, cups, and utensils

We purchased our 2023 Four Winds in the summer of 2022 in hopes of creating many memorable outdoor adventures with our 2 children while they are still young. However my wife and I still work full time and so we cannot always go on adventures. So instead of just letting the RV sit in the driveway between trips, we would rather give it an opportunity to allow other families to create memorable adventures as well while also earning money to fund our own adventures.
