This RV is long but still easy to drive and so smooth. It offers cruise control, cameras on the rear and side mirrors, power leveling jacks, power retractable entry steps, and tons of storage! It has a powered retractable TV overcab that can be watched in bed or while cozy on the couch or eating at dinette. Outdoor entertainment center is Bluetooth capable and puts out great sound.
What's included
Fully stocked - includes sheets, towels, dishes, and cookware.
Sleeps 8 to 10 - overcab bed, couch bed, dinette bed, bunk beds, and master bed. Pillows and blankets included.
Memory foam mattress pads complimentary for overhead bed, bunks, and master bed.
A few outdoor chairs, a 6ft folding table, and patio mat included

Recommendations
We love taking the RV to campsites with full hookups. It makes RV camping so much easier. If you dry camp, we recommend limiting your shower use - it fills up your gray tank super fast.
We've taken our RV to Ventura, CA to visit the Channel Islands, Monterrey, CA to enjoy the pier and beach, Yosemite for the gorgeous views, Mammoth, CA and June Lake were added vacation spots also.
We have also used the RV for our cross-country trip from AZ to NC. One way rental is available but will include additional fees, not limited to owners airfare, gas, and return mileage in order to retrieve RV. Ask for quote.
Other things to note
Pet fee is for standard cleaning and lodging only at a $75 flat rate per booking. It does not include any damages that may be caused by your fur baby. Up to 2 pets (dog and cat friendly) are allowed that may not be over 50 pounds each. Prior approval needed. Pets must be kenneled if left alone inside RV.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in RV. We will charge a $500 penalty for cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of any smoking is found upon return. This includes campfire smoke, so please close windows and doors prior to lighting a campfire nearby.
There will be additional fees if unit is not returned clean, fuel and propane replenished to same level, or tanks not emptied. Please take good care of our beautiful RV!
Towing is prohibited. Mexico is prohibited.
Pickup and dropoff is at 4:30pm. I am flexible with pickup/return times on weekends. I will do my best to accomodate around other plans I have scheduled for the day. Returns after 4:30pm will be subject to a late return fee and anything after 8pm will result in an additional night of rental.
