Review summary

Highly responsive and accommodating
Tylor & Shannon consistently receive praise for their prompt communication, clear setup guidance, and flexibility, particularly helpful for first-time RV users, despite some automated cancellation notices.
Easy to tow but condition inconsistent
While guests appreciated its ease of towing, practicality, and functional AC, significant issues included poor cleanliness (mold, dirt), broken awning/screen, a leaking fresh tank, full waste tanks, and missing amenities like a TV.

4.0We had an awesome trip to Kerr lake with the family! Camper suited our needs, and just was quick to reply when we had questions.

1.0Do not rent from these people!!!! The camper was a disgusting mess. Not "hotel clean" as described in the Outdoorsy policy. The microwave was filled with old nasty crumbs, there was some sort of black mold in the drawer organizer for the silverware, the sink and shower were a disgusting mess. Dust all over the place. The black tank was 3/4 of the way full so that means I'm hauking around other people's dookie while the host charges to empty it. We ran out of water after a day because the fresh tank leaks so I had to spend another 40 dollars to refill it so I could shower. The screen to the one window is all blown out. Really keeps the bugs out. When they were contacted by Outdoorsy about a refund, they had the audacity to refuse to give me my money back. I would recommend sleeping under a bridge. You'll have a better experience.

5.0To be honest, for a first RV user, this was probably the best host I could have gone with. Answered all my questions and very accommodating.
