Review summary
Communicative and supportive hosts
Tylor & Shannon are often praised for being highly responsive, explaining camper setup, and assisting first-time users. They offer flexible pick-up/drop-off times but have had multiple booking cancellations.
Condition & amenities often problematic
While practical for families, the camper is frequently reported dirty with mold, full tanks, or leaking water. Guests also note missing TVs, broken awnings, rusted jacks, and unreliable refrigeration, contradicting listing amenities.

1.0Do not rent from these people!!!! The camper was a disgusting mess. Not "hotel clean" as described in the Outdoorsy policy. The microwave was filled with old nasty crumbs, there was some sort of black mold in the drawer organizer for the silverware, the sink and shower were a disgusting mess. Dust all over the place. The black tank was 3/4 of the way full so that means I'm hauking around other people's dookie while the host charges to empty it. We ran out of water after a day because the fresh tank leaks so I had to spend another 40 dollars to refill it so I could shower. The screen to the one window is all blown out. Really keeps the bugs out. When they were contacted by Outdoorsy about a refund, they had the audacity to refuse to give me my money back. I would recommend sleeping under a bridge. You'll have a better experience.

5.0To be honest, for a first RV user, this was probably the best host I could have gone with. Answered all my questions and very accommodating.

4.0The camper rental was reasonable. The positives were that Tylor and Shannon responded very quickly to every message, and I appreciated that. They were also flexible with pick up and drop off times. The negatives were that there was no tv despite being included in the amenities list and in the pictures. We brought a roku and Wi-Fi tower to be able to enjoy a family movie together, so no tv was a disappointment. Also, there was no outdoor camp mat, and it was a rainy weekend. We expected the listed camp mat to be there, so we didn't bring one or anything to catch the dirt as we entered the camper. We totally destroyed one of the towels we brought as we ended up using it as an entry floor mat. The last thing that needs addressed is that the skillet pan handle is broken and is too short to safely use. These were not make or break issues. We still had a fun weekend and appreciated getting to use a camper rather than a tent. Oh, yea, and the AC worked great!
